*sour and spicy mango mint chutney*
hope you all will like it
I used 1/2 teaspoon olive oil to roast the spices, no sugar. I make it once, and use whole week.
green mango,tomato,tamarind, cumin seeds, green chilli,mustard seeds,bunch of mint leaves, curry leaves,corriander powder, fennel seed powder,corriander leaves,salt,pinch of turmeric powder, ginger paste.
cut the tomato and green mango, boil with small water,corriander powder,turmeric powder,ginger paste and salt. cool it down.then add green chili, mint and corriander leaves,tamarind water.blend well. heat pan.add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, roast dry chili, mustard seeds,curry leaves,fennel seeds, cumin seeds. add the hot oil with spices in chutney mixture. garnish with mint leaves.
