Hallow everybody !!
So here I present a complete meal for all of us who are trying hard to cutoff their extra weights !! This is a very simple thing. Actually a salad which contains less than 300 cal . It needs very less ingredients to be prepared. I’m sharing the recipe
– 1 ps cucumber skin on
– 2 ps lettuce leaves
– 1 ps green chilli chopped finely
– half tsp finely chopped onion
– 2 tbsp yogurt /sour curd
– 1 ps grilled chicken breast ( use 1 tsp olive oil to grill not more) , shredded
– pinch of salt and black pepper powder
Just mix everything and your salad is ready!
